While WCI strives to build every home defect-free, we are realistic enough to know that mistakes may occur or something in the home may not perform as intended. If either happens, we will make the necessary corrections so the item meets our warranty guidelines.

New homeowners receive a limited warranty document at closing. Please read through this information as well as service procedures outlined within your Homeowner's Manual.
